Curious if anyone has the Humminbird Helix 5 DI w/GPS? I was looking at getting one since it looks like it's a good package at my price point. What do you guys think if you have used them?

Get in the store and put your eye's and hands on one. Saw my first one yesterday and it is a bit small compared to my 998. Was thinking of putting one on my trolling motor. That being said, what you get for the price point can't be beat. Bigger is not always better when you can't afford it.

Cray is right! I seen academy had a good price on them other day. I think it would make a fine fish finder up front off trolling motor for 300 bucks!

Thanks guys i have never ran one of the big units so I wouldn't have to adjust down in size. I have talked to Brian at BBG on here and going to order one through him, but they are on back order.
