Default Greeson Is Still Being Good To Me

Owen and I fished Greeson for about three and a half hours this morning and had a pretty good time. We had several doubles and caught some pretty decent crappie. No one was around to help him hold up the fish for their picture and they were so heavy I had to buckle the rod to his life jacket so he could hold them.

Great look catch Jerry. They really look huge with Owen holding them there. Almost as big as the grin on his face. Way to go guys.

    A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

    Very Nice!!

We aren't going to make it down your way this weekend. Weather isn't going to cooperate, so we are heading to AL and Lake Martin instead. Should be ok on Fri and Sun., but looks like we will be stuck in the cabin on Sat.

Thanks for all of the info and your help. We WILL get down your way sometime this year.

Man, Jerry. You really are puttin' the bug in me. I'm about ready to load up and come on down to Greeson. I think that you at least need a little help eating all of those crappie fillets. Please leave me at least one in the lake.:D

Congrats on the catch Jerry, its nice to see that you are taking your son out on fishin trips when you are not guiding. He sure looks like he enjoys it.
You can't fish with a hung line!
