Thread: Saturday, 2/7/15

Went to Nimrod Saturday, fished from 9 til 3 on the main lake. Minnowed rigged channel edges and brushpiles. Caught a few fish only had 8 over 10". fish seemed to be between 12 and 16 ft deep. Did catch a few shallow, like 2'. Wind blew pretty hard all day. Saw Ronnie Capps friday night at Bass pro. Interesting fellow. Water temp was 41 to 44 on the lake where we were.

Thanks for the report. Lots of people keeping an eye on Nimrod for it to get going again.

I think most of the boats there saturday were up at the west end of the lake. Mabe up in the river. Dont know if the fish were there to or if they were hiding from the wind.
