Charlie, I'd like to talk to you about those walleyes. I've caught a bunch of them when I lived up in Kansas, but I don't know where to start on Ouachita.
Up in Kansas, they would spawn on the rip rap on the dam, that was the best time to catch them. After the spawn they moved out on the flats to feed. In the summer they seemed to scatter and trolling was the best way to find them.
I think I can help you with the Walleye. I fish Lake Hamilton and Ouachita give me a call 501-282-9696
I wouldn't moveHSV is nice. That table of fish you have there is nice also.

I live in Hot Springs, next to the Country Club, and love to fish. I, too, am retired and fish for crappie and bass. We're blessed to have some great lakes. Spring can't come too early. My boat is ready, and I'm ready. Greeson should be getting ready about mid-February; then it's Ouachita and DeGray.
Happy Fishing,
