I run my electronics off my cranking battery. Tm batteries are dedicated to Tm in my boat. Works well for me, also if you add a third put the two together for the Tm and use the separated third one for your cranking and electronics. Just my opinion.
My concern is if I only use two batteries or both TM and cranking. I will get interference in electronics. Tight for space.
