Glad yall had a successful day! can i ask how old your little girl is? i have a 10 year old that's dying to go deer hunting but i'm a little worried how she's going to react and handle the recoil. She's a tiny little thing! thinking of getting her a 243 and some of the low recoil Hornady's.

Hot rod a .243 is no prob for girls. She is 11 years old and the mossberg youth is an excellent gun. Hey old cp she left plenty for ya.

I forgot to mention that on the way out she saw a little black object and says dad stop I wanna catch that baby pig and keep it. As we neared it I said honey that's a skunk and I don't think mom would be happy with us catching it lmbo.
