Most don't know, I was an auxillery warrant officer in my youth. And, I liked to carry a .45. One day the chief of police asked to view my weapon. He noticed the dayglo sights I had added and commented on how much I must have had invested. Then he ordered me to file the sights off of it and round every corner off. I thought he had lost his mind and asked him why. He said "somebody is sure to jam it up your _ _ _ someday. It won't hurt so bad when I have to pull it out."
