I didn't quite understand the rules if you fished Washington. They said you could take 8 fish to the check point and they would keep one. We took 9 and they kept 2 fish of our choice. All fish we had were over 10inches and very much alive, but were 1.25 lbs short of 2lbs

Got plenty of new material and had a great time.
