    This is true, I did leave that out!!! Saw the pole holders and jumped to a conclusion. Nothing like feeling that thump!

    I like to verticle jig fish too. But it seems here lately I only get 4 or 5 hours on Saturday, and that means trolling minnows for me. That seems to be the only way I can catch a bunch of fish in a short time. Kentucky rig, 2 loops above the sinker, 1# of crappie minnows. Good to go.
