Haven't had an opportunity to lean on Mr. Bill yet but I know he and many on this site would help a guy in need. However my power trim went out at Grenada once and Performance Marine stayed open late and held a mechanic over in order to help me find my problem. Once diagnosed they didn't have the part in stock but found me a used one at a salvage yard. Gave me a tube of fluid and wouldn't let me pay them anything. Good guys.

Sounds like Performance Marine understands customer service. Hope their kindness is repaid many times.......from what I read on this board....BRM was just being BRM.....he don't know any better than to give up his batteries to help someone.......great job sir.
