    Default Change of Pace

I decided to hit Conway up this weekend for a little Green Carp action. The Crappie bite was a little slow, so why not? All these fish were caught on live cypress trees in about 7 or 8 foot of water on jigs and black power worms. Caught probably 10 in the 2lb range and a 4 pounder. No bigguns, but beats sittin at home!!Name: uploadfromtaptalk1401226207105.jpg

Nice catch budro. Stinkin water moccusins make good cat food or tomato fertilizer.

Good deal. I'm not a worm guy but could pull out some of my old 1/2 oz Arkie jigs with a pig on it and get after 'em

Apparently there is a rumor that a new state record largemouth was shocked or caught in Lake Conway. I am the only one who shocks the lake (so I think), so anyone know of a record bass caught recently? Probably just a rumor.
