    They are edible and tasty. One of my buddies took one home after it landed in his boat. He steamed the meat, chopped it up and pattied it like salmon croquets and fried it up. Said it was delicious.

    Their ribs fry up just as good as buffalo ribs! Just not as much meat on them. Great eating.
