Congratulations Dan! Last year my wife and I were crappie fishing the white river near our home in Batesville when I caught one of those. I'd never seen one before and couldn't figure out what it was. So I took a picture and because it wasn't a crappie I threw it back. Got home and looked it up on the internet and saw that it was an Ozark Bass and that the world record was around a pound. We sat there with this stunned stupid looks on our faces because the one I threw back was pushing every bit of a pound. I've often thought of going back and see if I could catch him again but I'll wait, he's probably got to get bigger now that we have a new king on the throne. Good job for knowing your fish!
