Thank you Shadow for posting the recipe for the "cochon de lait" after the game, who knows with all them wore out razorbacks the guys from Arkansas might want to try a little cajun cooking. And its always nice to have a recipe or directions to help them. Dont forgoet guys to "scrape not skin" before to start.
