    Have to agree with meatgetter they will move to the first cover they can find right after spawning then move a little deeper after that just have to find the right cover at the right depth on the right day nothing to it

    Thanks for all the advice guys. Had a fun day today. Caught most fish today on those 2.5" Arkie tube jigs. One crappie swallowed 2 of those huge jigs.
