Earnest T without electronics this is the best time of the year to catch them like possum said up on the weeds which are still under the surface right now without side imaging it makes it tuff to see the edges and the little open pocket's in the weeds were I usually have the best luck. Just keep casting (you'll fill your jig bumping the weeds) until you figure out were edges and pocket's are hope this helps and good luck.
