Thread: A great day

Had the pleasure to fish a lake I haven't been on in over 20 years with Shane Gent. Man his new boat is a very nice fishing machine too. The whole day the skies were cloudy but that yellow boat made it look sunny lol. I also had a first today fishing them crappie magnets we all here about from time to time from Shane. Those little dudes worked great and there are some new colors that we were lucky enough to try out. The crappie magnet double barb jig head worked very well too but could use a bigger hook IMO. They held the plastics very well with the two barbs for sure. It was grey to ride as a passenger in another boat also lol. If you get a chance to meet folks on here, go fishing and have fun. Swapping out being the driver and passenger is a lot of fun too. Shane thanks for a stress free awesome day on the water. P.s where did all the timber go I used to hang yo yo's on in that lake lol.
