    Default City slicker invasion

Well must be spring break again. Parks are filling up with city slickers . Just like usual water falling , wind blowing, and rain forecasted for tomarrow. Drove through the parks and saw lots of rigs at the landings. Fish cleaning stations did not appear crowded. Good luck to everyone who braves the conditions and crowds.

I saw things starting to get bad yesterday before I came home.....
    I manage 3 crappie in 3 days....

I know the fish were there just could do anything with them..... Ran into several "older" fellows at C.Barrel & one of them asked me where I was catching fish..... I thought it was a trick question, so I returned it with the same question....
He denied catching any.... I think it was all a trick!!!!! I seen their boats & "that" look in their eyes.....
they knew what they was doing..... I'M SURE OF IT!!!!!

I'm suspecting the blue jumpsuit mafia is involved. The only fishing tip you'll get is when those guys are wearing the long sleeve blue jumpsuit, the fish are deep. If they wear the short sleeved blue jumpsuit, the fish are shallow. I bet a fellow would have got a hernia lifting their cooler out of the boat.

Sounds like a good week to go drop some dummy markers over some thick gnarly cover. A person could probably do a good tourist bobber business at the ramps if he needed to pick up a buck or 2.

They are "Yuppies" for sure Nimrod.....Everywhere! That's what I dread most with the spawn....makes it nearly impossible to have a peaceful morning on the lake with no other boats in sight, no waves, no sound except the natural sound of the outdoors.......And don't let one of them see you catch a fish unless you want a lot of company and a never ending stream of questions, LOL!

Some of us just have too many hobbies and only chase when the chasing is best to maximize our time and success rate...them deer, hogs and ducks aren't just gonna shoot themselves!

The wife, kids and I might be joining everyone this weekend or next at Nimrod? Haven't ever camped there.
