Nice one Dave. Overcups crappie population has been down the last couple of years but I am predicting a good come back.

Caught the first fish off the brush we put out a couple months ago at Overcup! It was slow but the ones we found were nice sized. The water temp was 53 degrees and there were several fishermen on the water. Caught them slow reeling a double minnow rig above the brush. One pink jig head and one chartreuse jig head about 18 inches apart.

Its nice to see it full again. I tried to find some up shallow but didn't have any luck yet.
What was the water temp? On ConwayI have reports between 42 and 48.

Great catching them on your own structure
When I left a little after noon it was bumping between 52 and 53 degrees. This rain will cool it down again I bet.
Pretty fish. Thanks for the report.
