A couple of friends of mine from Camden went Saturday and caught 26 crappie and 6 bass there. They put in at Okay Cement and maneuvered through a channel, then went to an island called the "gator hole." He said that he almost got his boat stuck on a submerged railroad track or something.
How about some of you more familiar guys giving out some pointers of what to do and where to go. I'd like to go try there, but that underwater railroad track kinda scares me. What's up with that? GTT
Great job on a super catch!!

I've taken a trip down there that last 3 years. Enjoy fishing those oxbow. Don't like all those trees just under the water.
As far as the railroad goes it probably was a log that floated in there. I've seen some good sized boats go thru that ditch. I may be wrong. I fished that area quite a it last year. That was really my first year to really do much crappie fishing. All u gotta do is follow the boats. Plan on going there tomorrow I hope!!!
Out on Spring Break next week. Will be camping with three cousins at Greeson, BUT may slip over to Milwood one day. Haven't fished there in a long time. I remember staying there in cabins at Saratoga and fishing for mostly bluegills. My uncle took me to the diner there and bought me "the big breakfast" one morning. I'll never forget that! GTT
Nice mess congrats
great post congrats
In humble reverance to the GREAT I AM! THAT I AM!
