    I have to go to a specialist today to see about my shoulders I injured while weight lifting. Surgery is I believe inevitable.
    Also Ironman is going to be having back surgery next week.

    If you have torn the rotator cuff wait till it gets hot to do surgery because there will be no fishing for several months. Prayers sent that you haven't.
