I've seen people fishing out there before. Thought this might be a good place for a small boat with not much time. Anyone ever fished (or caught) anything good out there?

I cross it everyday and see people fishing. I have not heard a good report. You would not beleave the crap that comes out of that creek into the river when it rains.

Years ago we trapped below 440 bridge on the river. You would see lots of nasty stuff floating from the sewage treatment plant discharge.![]()
Ok, I think I'll pass then! I think I'll take my chances with the mercury in saling river and the chemicals in the bayous.
Before my move, I hike fished the creek that runs by Pinnacle Mt. and did very well. With a kayak or small craft, you have access to some very nice fishing areas from that park/hwy area.
The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.humblerev1 LIKED above post
