    I am not a pro like you guys. And I don't catch as many. BUT, I have caught a 3 pounder........actually out of Nimrod, in about 1974 or so. It stayed on ice for hours, and then I weighed it at a grocery store at Toad Suck. Weighed it every way we could, and it was a legitimate 3 pounder. All I remember is A) catching it was about as much fun as catching a boot full of water, and B) I had zero dollars back then but I have always regretted not mounting it. In fact I do not have a fish mounted.

    Congrats. That, son, IS A SLAB!!!!
