Thread: last trip before going under the knife

Russ and i meet up for one more trip on lake conway before his eye surgery that will put him out of commission for a week or so, we fished from about 10:00 -5:30 and the bite never really got hot but we were able to put together a nice mess with a few nice fish in mix , all fish where caught in 9-11 fow , we used a 1/16 oz orange and chartreuse Arkie head and midsouth RC 800 tube tipped with glitter nibbles fished very slowly just off the bottom, water temp was 34.7 and you they wanted it as still as possible, we lost a few that would have put us at 40 for the day but 37 is where we finished, enjoyed it Russ , good luck with the eye opperation
