    is one type of sinker better than others for spider rigging? who has the best price on them? thanks JB

    I like egg sinkers in open water on top of a barrel swivel and 1 to 1.5 feet of leader

    Egg sinker and Grizzly jig has the best price I have found. Get em in 5 pound bag.

    I like to torpedo weight with swivel on both end.
    All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.

    I found a whole bunch of .40 cal round balls (yea know fer muzzleloader) drilled a small hole thur them and they work like a charm ����

    I like the rubber core wieghts. Easy to change without changing complete rig. Also not as much chance of hard lead cutting the line. Drawback is that there isn't any real cheap place to buy them. Get mine from Academy and Sportsmans Warehouse.
