Thread: Hope this forecast is wrong.

I'm hoping the weather man is wrong too. I don't want the power out but we are scheduled to run a half marathon Saturday in Memphis. Being that cold is gonna make it tough, but ice on the streets will be really tough

Yeah, 50's, calm winds, and a favorable barometric pressure for fishing. So I'm delusional, a guy can dream can't he?

I think today is the last 50's we're going to see for a while. Tuesday and Wednesday are looking pretty cold.

I think this will officially mark the end of the fall bite and drop the water temps well into the 40's......hello winter fishing. Stay safe and warm folks. Here is your limerick for the day.

Catching winter crappie in the cold,
Not much fun when you're getting old.
Fishing's not nice,
Ramps are covered in ice,
And launching is just for the bold.

The water temperature was 45 degrees Tuesday on secret lake xxx . There was 30 boats in 100 x 300yd area boy was I glad these was a secret lake!!!!!!! !

Hey you northern boys getting any precipatation yet?? Looks to be just edging us down here. I'm home with the girls today, so I'm watching the radar and eating. Mom and boys gone to orthodontist. May tie a few jigs here in a bit.


Anybody up for any Max and Ruby, Bubble Guppies, or Alvin and the Chipmunks?? lol. I wonder how many of you even know what Bubble Guppies are...hmmm. lol.
