Lake x give up another limit
Came home a few days early from deer camp with the warm weather a very little deer movement decided to get in a day on the water . The wind was again brutal and the bite was slow to say the least , after running down one battery and making a trip back home for a second boat , finished the day with a good mess , not a lot of big fish this trip but a few in the mix, most of the fish were caught shallow this afternoon and deep the rest of the day, I think I'm beggin to like fishin more than huntin , the heck with them whitetails, lol!!!!, the biggest was 2.3lbs

Good fish Greg! I thought the deer just didn't like me. I left last Wednesday and got home today(Sunday) and the only deer I saw was standing on the side of the road Wednesday night.
Stay after the crappie and I'll be glad to wait that buck out for ya !

I think things will be much better when this full moon is gone , hunted from day light till dark wed and thurs and seen all deer from 11-12 noon mature deer just not moving , did pass a nice 9 point on opening mourning hoping my daughter might get a chance at him on Sunday but no luck, and only seen seen 2 other small 8s the rest of the week, here's the one I passed, was second guessing that decision come FridayOriginally Posted by arkcrappie

Good catch Greg I caught only 2 crapps the last few trips there. Just couldn't figure em out.
