We did have a problem with people parking out on the corner of our lot and doing what ever people do that park on a gravel road out in the country. RCC, you wearing a blue jump suit now? I seem to remember your dad always wearing one. However, now that I think about it, didn't he always wear overalls in the 70's., seems like that was what he was wearing when he put the addition on the side of Mom and Dad's house. Oh, and I like Carol's idea, guess people have no decency anymore, seems like the least they could do would be to head a few more miles out of town. Since so many have moved out your way, it like you live in town now rather than in the country.

Yeah Brent. We're out here in thug ville now. Us few people on this corner pretty well stay armed to the teeth all time. Dad always had the overalls on even while fishing. He pretty well went to the jumpsuit later in life. You gotta watch the dudes in the blue jumpsuits. They always have a cooler full of fish. Are YOU wearing a blue jumpsuit now . Once you get all them river fish caught, give me a hollar and we'll go work on the lake fish.

Thanks RCC, will have to do that. But back on the topic of the thread, depends on where I clean the fish at. If I clean them at my dad's house, I put them in a bucket and feed the turtles on the way home. If I clean them at home, I wait until after dark, and then walk down the street to the neighbor that pissed me off most recently, and put them in his trash can. If no one has pissed me off recently, I put them in my trash can and ask all the neighbors if they know who the jerk is that put the fish guts in my trash can. That actually worked a few times, but they finally figured it out, so now I just put them in my trash can and blame my son.

Buzzard bait if the crows don't beat them to it. Late evening cleanings and the coons feast. Buzzards generally start circling when they see me pull the boat up. Everything gone in a short time. Big carcasses like flatheads go back into the woods. Even there, they don't last long enough to draw flies.

I live out of town, I go to the nearest bean field (0.5 miles), and feed the wild critters.

Ive got to move I been telling my wife that for 4 years now. That like beating a dead horse I see I'm going to have to get me a bucket to putt them in to I can get back to the water.

Should have just put up a web cam and pay-per-viewed it!.......mine go back in the woods for the critters.

I try to have mine cleaned before the fishing trip is over. Guts and feathers go back into the water. I think turtles are lucky in the lake. I don't like them eating my fishfood in my pond though.
