Nice fish. What was the lure/color of choice today. I found some of those stinger jig heads at a small bass pro in Mountain Home this past week. They only had orangish red and chartreuse.

Thanks for the fishing tip Rookie. The secret "Slab W" hold lets all us in the clique know where to fish. I'd definitely say you got enough for supper...then I saw the dead well. You got enough to invite a friend over too. Good job. Thanks for sharing the love with some fish pics and a good report.

Sorry boys but that was live from the X and I've been cleaning fish. The color was chartreuse head and a Midsouth chartreuse with silver flake and when the bite would get really slow tipped with a minnow. We did a little spider rigging with capps and Coleman rigs and caught the biggest fish on that but the numbers came from the pads and grass once again. Didn't see you today Chris but we did a little creek dobbing at times.

I wasn't on Lake X today Rookie. I took my nephew to Bob's "secret pond" today. Caught lots of eaters but no slabs.

Ahhhh. Well I could've missed you in the flotilla today. We came across a group of six boats in the creek and I thought they was having a party they were so close together. Lol. I think folks done figured out where X marks the spot.
