Default Another beautiful day on the lake!

A great day to be fishing today. Had a good time and caught some good fish, love this weather. Kathy caught the big one right off the bat.

Good lookin' fish, Jerry. You going to let me catch the big fish of the day next time we meet up? I hope to get down there and try it soon. Do you ever catch any white crappie out of Cane Creek? I noticed that you catch a lot of blacks down there.

I saw somewhere that the average depth there was about 6' with a max of 15'. How deep have they been holding there?

Hey Ceb, I thought there was only black crappie in there, but Saturday the big one of the day was a white crappie. A pic of it on Saturdays post, ( Fall crappie fishing). We have been catching the fish in 10-12ft. of water 3-4ft. deep.

Stumpjumper you are the road runner fishingest dude I ever saw. I guess if they dont bite a road runner they dont make it in your boat. Thanks for posting the pics of your catch.
