A couple of weeks ago I ordered a new adjustable double seat spider rigging system from Cumberland crappie. I also got the "no drill" arms for the rod holders so I can take the whole deal out of the boat. Much to my surprise, the "no drill " arms have a track in the arms for the rod holder bases to go into- and my Cumberland rod holders I bought less than a year ago would not fit. I emailed RB at Cumberland and asked about just purchasing the bottom section of the adjustable rod holders, so my current ones would work with the new system. He said " Send me you address and I'll take care of it". I did and in 3 days, I had 2 new ENTIRE adjustable rod holders with the bases that would fit the No Drill system!! No questions asked, no additional shipping, nothing- he just resolved my issue and did it in a hurry !!
Just thought I would pass this on in case any of you are considering a new purchase. Very good folks to do business with !!!

Cumberland Crappie is a Top Notch outfit and I had the same experience when I dealt with them on my DF Mount. He made that thing to order and told me if it isn't right send it back and he would make it right. Never had to do that tho... cos it was done right the first time. Keep up the great work.
