Those were made by my fishing partner yesterday, ShawnH. He works at Duncan Outdoors, the War Eagle dealer here in Conway. I think they would work in an Excel as it appears to have just about the same T-rail mounting system. If you want me to, I'll put you in touch with Shawn. He's building me a set of transport racks for my War Eagle as we speak. His sure did work good yesterday!
