Billy, I actually fired it up last night. I had a group of people that made a generous donation to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, so I told them I would cook some crappie and all the trimmings.
The cooker did just great!! 64 crappie filets, 10 lbs of potatoes and a double batch of hush puppies! That thing kept me so busy I actually didn't have time to take pictures. I love it and am ready to cook again!
