    Default My biggest ever!

Ok, it's not a crappie, but a 138lb Halibut I caught last Friday about 20 miles out from Homer, AK.

She hit and took a 120 yard run before I could turn her the first time, took 3 other shorter runs and after about 30 minutes we had her in the boat.

Good fish. What's halibut taste like? I don't think my fillet knife would work on that one. Neither would my cooler, tailgate, or any piece of fishing equipment I own.

Good job landing the big one.
