    I will not be fishing. Got on call duties. Sneaked off today. The boat drivers had it churned up like a washing machine. I had a tough time not repaying the favor, but kept the evil thoughts in my mind and out of my actions.

    Looks like my fishing is over for a while. I have some major motor problems. Looking down the spark plug hole it looks like the piston has a piece broken off the side. Enough to where I can see the ring.:thumbdown: Going to be working this weekend anyways.

    I was on Poinsett Saturday night. Motor wouldn't run well, and I thought it was just carb problems again, but after putting new plugs in it and checking them after running for a while one still looked brand new. That's when i shined the flashlight down the hole and saw it. I'm not sure if i wouldn't be better off buying a new motor. We should have went to Hogue. I've never done well at Poinsett. But my buddy wanted to try to catch some flatheads, and i'm not sure if Hogue has any in it. My trolling motor sure got a work out running noodles that night.
