Default The Post Spawn Full Moon Bite

Guys the Post spawn full moon bite is in full effect. Hungry crappie are coming off the beds and the rigors of love has made them lose allot of weight they are looking to put back on before entering their summer patterns. Look for them in cover or near cover in the Mid Depth ranges of whatever waters your fishing. Jig and Spider Rig or troll along secondary creek channels leading back into the main river or creek channels. This compiled with the full moon traditional big fish bite should have you grabbing your rods, Grab your Gal, and get to fishing. The bite should be great this week. Lets go get em guys this will be some of the best fishing we have left before the long hot summer. Tight Lines.

The 5 days prior to the full moon in May is the time of the largest bream spawn.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

Along with 4 days of Reelfoot this weekend, it will be a good 2 weeks!

DP Watch a movie called Alone In The Wilderness. True stroy about a man at 51 went to Alaska and lived there alone till he was 82. Dick Preneke...Every red blooded American should watch this movie at least one time in their life. Have a great Trip and bring me a halibut fillet back.
