    getting ready yet???
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

    i fish those same lakes, and as far as i know they are still flooded. best bet is to call the refuge. they have a recording that gives details as to when the roads are open, etc. call the number every day because you can bet many others will be hitting the lakes the first day they open the roads. good luck.
