Males are sitting on the beds in central AR, but I know how those pesky fish are in Poinsette. You might be bale to catch 3 oz gill this weekend if its right.

RCC - Most people on the forum take bait shops for granted. When you live 100 miles from the nearest you have to by in bulk! I will be at Poinsett Friday evening after work. Look for me.

I tried the redears over my way on a private lake and boy did we wear them out. I cleaned a few (still tired from cleaning crappie from my trip with Conway(Don)) so I gave most away but kept enough to try bream sandwiches. I can't wait until they really turn on.

Around here you need to buy them in bulk. Went to get some last weekend, and the only bait store I know of here was out. Didn't want to go to walmart and check if they had any with all my fishing stuff in the boat. They're known to run out of minnows too. Only other place I know of that sells minnows is in a rough part of town, and i'm not going in there.

It is called a 45 acp and a concealed carry permit, then you won't be skeeeered to by bait anywhere.
