Yep, I've worn a plug out a time or three by dragging it down the road. I hate them funky light connections where you hook 5 wires up to 4 and need a stupid adapter. I had one of those one time and ended up buying another vehicle because of it.
They need to make a place on the bumper to hold the adaptors when not in use. Mine will not stay on the bumper and I am on my third one.
