Thread: Where to head this weekend??

Haven't fished Beaver in a few weeks but a friend of mine caught some in Blue springs last weekend. Wish I has more.

I would try the War Eagle Arm. From the White river, go under the power lines and make the bend back to the left. With the water temp falling, I would fish between the flats and the river bed in about 12-17 FOW. My guess is that is where they will be.

Fishing for me has been good in the White river arm at either Blue Springs or Friendship creek if you are spider rigging. Those not spider rigging and having to fish the banks or timber haven't had as much luck.

What Big Tex said. The ones fishing the banks are getting small males.

I went last weekend before this cold front we got and have been doing good around the war eagle marina towards blue springs. The bigger ones we caught where in 10-15ft of water.

Thanks for the info but my uncle died yesterday and im in mississippi now for the funeral. Yall wear them out for me.
