I just love pulling those two lb supersized males out of the trees. Been catching some good ones every trip between the rains. Verticle jigging trees in 5-6 feet of water with black and Chart or white in Chart colors. Slow bite for me but when you get one hold on. They are really mean and will test your tackle at every turn around those big ole Live cypress trees. They are the biggest most beautiful males you will find anywheres. Tight Lines.

Nice! Can't wait to get back up to Conway.
Do the crappie in Lake Conway taste good? I quit bream fishing over there because those summer time bream had a woody flavor. I fished at Toledo Bend last spring and the crappie there had a woody flavor.
Look mamma. No hands.
