Anyone do any good on Beaver Lake this past weekend

I was out of town and didn't get to fish Beaver this weekend and was wondering if any of the regulars had any luck last week?

Did not. Had to go to Little Rock for the weekend. I will be going Tuesday afternoon and on Saturday. I did notice today that the water temp got into the high 70's for the last two days. I would figure we are on the back end of the spawn.

RL or Big Tex might have put a line in this week, but I see they have been quiet. If I get out tomorrow, I will give a report.

Guys I did go last Thursday and yes Kent it looks like the spawn is winding down. In all of the spots I had been catching some pretty good fish it was dink males. I kept 14 and they were females that had already laid their eggs.

I Had a limit last saturday all females with eggs except for one male. Fish had moved to flats.

Wife and I went out Sunday. Caught a double limit. Several in the 1 1/2 pound size. Many of the females still had eggs. RL will have to teach me how to tell the difference between the males and the females. I just know over half had eggs and not sure of the sex on the other half. We caught them in 13-22 ft of water in the middle of the cove/creek. LRJoe called this afternoon and was going to go out so he might be able to give a more recent report.

Me and my significant other limited out fishing10-20 fow. Most females still had eggs. Caught some slabs too!!

Got a limit today in two hours.I told RL they did not have eggs, but they did. Just cleaned them. Got em in 17 FOW fishing 10ft deep. Had one just over 2lbs. No pictures, had to hurry and clean em and get inside.

Good job Kent! Sounds about what we found Sun. Did you go to the area I told you about or did you try something else?

Went to the creek, but did not fish brush. I found all the fish on balls of bait fish. When I ran through a group of bait fish, look out! One time I had 3 poles go down and one with a double. Had 4 fish in about 10 seconds. That will get the heart pumping for sure.
