Where do you get them at? I looked online at BPS and cabelas, and they don't have them. I can find the freshwater version and shark blades, but not the salt water one. Looks like they quit making them.

Black and Decker here. Just got it at Walmart for less than $13.00 I think. Last one lasted about 6-8 years, but for $12.00 or so, got another one, and it's been going a while. The others get too hot for me after a few fish. And Work Sharp knife sharpening tool keeps even the serrated blades sharp.

Course, I don't catch or clean the amount of fish y'all do, either.

I would recommend eBay. I got a steal on mine when I bought it. Even if they don't make it anymore, I bet you can find one on there. If not, id go with the mr twister saltwater edition. Seems like that salt water edition electric knives are way more durable that freshwater.

I tried one them, it lasted about 2 months. The American angler is going on 4 years and the shark blades are still as sharp as can be expected. Cleaned many a fish with it. The buffalo being the hardest fish to clean because of them scales and bones.

I cannot find the salt water version but "catfish connection" has a good price. Memphis Net & Twine also has but higher priced. I know theirs has a longer cord.

I have had my American Angler one from Wally-Wolrd (I think). Its the 12volt version, with cig lighter plug on it. It has been nothing but great for me. I also have a Rapala, but I like the AA one better. The AA has no problems cutting thru the rib bones of the 20 lb blues I pull out of the White River on trotlines, and has been cutting them up for about 5 years now.

Welcome To American Angler... You can find what you are lookin for here. I've had one of these for 15 years and never changed the blades. Highly recommended.
