The CACA Tourney will only weigh in seven fish and not have a big fish contest. The folks who fish the CACA Tourney will be allowed to weigh in a big fish on the C.Com camp side, just like anyone else. We will give away a nice prize for the biggest trash fish also. Good question CMJ I am sure JasonW will chime in on the loosened rules part for the CACA Tourney. Thanks.
Exactly what Crappie pro said! We will only weigh 7 seven crappie per boat and I said per boat does not matter how many people are in the boat as long as you are legal! We will not enforce the team rule this is for fun for everyone that wants to participate! Rod rule will not be enforced as well you can fish with as many as you can stand! This is a open tournament everyone can participate. As far as the weigh In we will weigh in around the Picnic pavilion at 3pm and we will start with the 7 fish weigh in first and then move onto the C.C big fish weigh in!
Registration for the CACA tourney will be from 5-6 am saturday morning at the Ouita bay boat launch that is on the north west side of Ouita bay there is a large parking area as you pull in to your left and I will set up there and after you register you can trailer or launch onto your favorite spot on Lake Dardanelle
Then the weigh in will be at the Pinic pavilion in the state park where all the get to togheters will be held and I will get there around 230pm to get set up and we can start weighing in around 3pm!
Remember there will be no money paid out on the CACA tournament you are fishing to help out who ever wins choice of charity! We will give trophies for 1s 2nd and 3rd place and bragging rights for the first CACA tournament at 2013 Crappie.com Crappie Camp!! 1st-3rd will have to give in detail how they did what they did to win so we all can learn for our next time on the water.
Please feel free to contact me if you still need anything.
