Caught a limit today on Beaver Lake. Ok, I gave away and culled too many and only got home with 14. Prolly caught 30 all together. 4 times out this week and have caught between 30-50 each time. This has by far been the best I have done on Beaver since I started fishing it. They have been 3-6 ft deep in 8-12 fow.

No High water here. Lake level went up about a foot this week. Still about 4 ft below full level. Sorry Nimrod is so full. I know you will still be able to find them. Have you heard how Dardanelle is doing? Hope it is ok for Spring Camp. We are planning to make it a 4 day trip for Spring camp.

Dardanelle has been awesome. Thick and healthy fish. I've gotten 5 limits out of there in the last 2 weeks.

Hey Big Tex. I was just wondering about you this week. Haven't seen you post in forever. Glad you're catching a fish. Hope to see you at camp. Don't forget the camera.

I wondered what you were using minnows or lures? Also were you fishing in coves close to the bank or more out on the main part? I'd also be interested in hearing if people are having luck at a particular time of day.I tried it yesterday around 2pm and it was no go. Thanks
