    Default Anyone going out?

Anyone going out now that the rain is off to give it a try? I've got a brand new boat hooked to my truck that I'd really like to get in water to make sure everything turns on and works the way it's supposed to.

I think I'm going to start loading up. Still haven't decided which lake to hit. Is Conway good with the oil problems?

Yeah I've fished Conway most of my life, I was thinking of staying off it with the stumps but I know at some point I'll have to get over that. I think I'll wait until the water is a little lower for the first time. After this weekend it might look pretty smooth out there! I've still got my flat bottom for most of my small water and stump water fishing.

I'm going to try to stay faithful to the break in period on the motor before opening her up too much. I just want to see the thing float, and not in the street outside my house!

Nimrod is high and rising fast. Dardanelle will probably muddy up in the creeks.
