they are pretty good for using where you cannot get under the deck to put a nut on a bolt holding down a trolling motor. Had the rubber isolators first but didn't trust them. Found out about the snap toggles and they were as advertised. looks like they were designed to hang things on sheetrock walls. 10.99/10 at Lowes.
