If you know anyone in the trucking industry, check with them to see if they make their own trailer repairs. A lot of these companies use a high-impact plastic on the bottom of the walls to keep forklifts from sticking forks out of them. It isn't food grade but makes a great cutting board. Bout 18" wide and comes on a roll I get "scrap" ends from a few places if anyone needs some.
I just found my cleaning table. It has been missing since last year. There was no need to look for it since we haven't been going. It is the remains of a 2 level computer desk. I took the metal frame and added a treated top level. The lower level I built at an angle so I don't need to stretch to reach the fish in the cooler. Fillets go in plastic bags attached to hooks on the end. In hot weather, I'll add ice to my fillet bags. I use a fruit jar to dump my fish carcasses in.
