I always bring my filet knife with me and my table I got from Walmart, I put ziploc bags in my elec. filet knife bag and do it at the ramp everytime. When I leave the lake, I am done :biggrin
Not sure how or where the wife cleans them.....:Rofl
Any surface that is tall enough to not kill my back. Newspaper to clean on, wrap the trimmings up and bury in the flowerbeds.
I got tired breaking my back with the cleaning board not being at the right height so I got out in the back yard one day and measured what I thought was the perfect height for me and here's what I wound up with. Good thing is two people can clean at the same time. I use water so fish are clean and ready for the grease when I finish. Works for me!

What height is that? That looks awesome.
I don't have water run to my shop (yet). It's on my list, if I can stop paying for kids and parents bills..........
This, and a garden hose, is what I use, if I don't use the built in stations at the lake:
