Went fishing today with double minnow rigs caught fish about 2 ft deep in 10 fow then they shut off like a light switch...can any body tell me how much they think this fish weighs? I didnt get a measurement but id say bout 15 or 16 inches... my new fish scale said 1.16 but the batteries were low and never weighed a fish with it before ...i kinda thought it was better than 1.16

If you caught it, 1.5. If I caught it 2.75. I can always judge the weight better with a general location. I can get spot on with a gps coordinate. PM will be ok.

Looks like it should be heavier than 1.16. I don't know if that is a 15. Take a walmart bag and drop some 1/2 ounce weight in it and check your scales. Mine were right on.

Nice fish no matter what it weighs.

Did you have the scale on kilograms by chance. A fat 15 inch crappie this time of year should run a little over 2. Last one I weighed was 15.5 long and came in at 2.29 pounds.

That crappie is 1.5 easy, probably closer to 2 with the eggs.
